We installed our first Temco unit in our Watsonville pizza store in about 2004/2005. It has performed very well. Our doughmaker is the only in-store device that runs on 3-phase and we only make dough forr a period of about 2-hours each day and in many of our installations there is only single phase. To have PG&E install 3-phase for such a small application is hugely expensive so the phase generator solves the problem inexpensively."
